Net Revenue per available room
NRevPAR or NetRevPAR is calculated generally by dividing the hotel's room revenue net of distribution costs with the available rooms. The room revenue net of distribution cost can be challenging to calculate due to the nature of the business where some room revenue is recorded already at net and others including commission.
